My coaching style is warm, gentle, informal, funny, yet extremely perceptive, and very collaborative. I bring over 20 years of diversified experience as a business owner, college and medical school instructor, and consultant to churches and non-profits to my coaching practice.

I will be there to assist you in creating a clear compelling vision, goals and plans that reflect your true desires and to guide you and help you as you make difficult decisions and reach important goals.

I am a very strategic thinker. I am very results and bottom line focused yet I frequently make my point through gentle humor. My clients find it is a bonus when we are comfortable enough to share a few laughs as we laser down to the truth and develop a strategic plan that doesn't fight your natural tendencies. I enjoy assisting my client in developing customized systems and fail-safe structures which are more likely to be sustained because they are almost effortless.

The truth is that the most effective leaders know and understand their strengths and weaknesses. They know their effect upon others. They understand how to motivate and communicate with people who have very different styles than they do. Why invent the wheel or have to learn everything by experience? I can teach you a systematic approach to dealing with people that can enhance your personal and professional effectiveness.
